"Hayley listed and sold our home for us - working with the Curated team was a pleasure and a breeze. Hayley’s market expertise proved valuable in facilitating a fast and easy closing. It felt like we were getting full-service white glove treatment at every juncture. Will absolutely call her next time and recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

"Mechille did an outstanding job as my realtor. As a first time home buyer, the home buying process is very daunting but she made it as easy as it could have been and was great at educating me on the process and answering all of my questions. She was very, very responsive and was happy to help in any way she could and was just a call or text away. Her suggestions on properties to tour were excellent and she quickly got a feel for what I was looking for and the areas I was interested in. Scheduling tours was easy and they were always scheduled back to back so that it didn’t take all day. During the closing process, she was on top of every deadline and laid out a clear schedule showing when each step needed to be completed. It is a tough market right now, and she has a great sense of what properties will go for and where you need to be to get the property you want. She had great advice on how to structure offers to make them competitive to boost your chance of going under contract. Her years of sales/business development experience make her a great negotiator and she’s definitely someone you’d want on your side of a negotiation. If you want a realtor on your side to help you navigate the market we’re in right now, work with Mechille. I’ll definitely be recommending her to my friends and family and I’ll be working with her again in the future!

"Hayley guided my husband and me through buying our first home. She set up an online portal for us to browse remotely, and she responded to all my comments on property listings.

Once we had a short list, she scheduled tours and made sure she or another agent at Curated Properties was available on our schedule.

Hayley helped us write offers and explained all the legal jargon patiently and thoroughly.

We are very happy with the home we found!

I highly recommend Hayley and her team at Curated Properties.
